Josephine Jones is a professional Make Up Artist currently based in South Wales, United Kingdom.
From personal experience of working with Jones in the past, TWELVE just had to write this article about her and the beautiful work she produces from time to time.
After finishing her Bachelors Honors degree in Fine Art, 2009, Jones started modelling under the alias of Gypsy Curl, which is how she developed a love for the art of make up. This led her to study an NVQ level 2 in the application and health and safety of cosmetic makeup in 2009-2010.
I'd personally describe Josephine's work as 'polished', she is a major perfectionist. Every design she produces expresses and enhances the subject in the best light, and as an end result, it simply could not be better- her work does not need any further retouching, it is always perfect straight out of camera.

The beautiful thing about Josephine is that she is open to work with a wide variety of clients,
FMA Cymru: "She sees the face as a blank canvas on which to convey messages through photography and individual self-expression, as do many paintings, again connecting the two art forms beautifully and drawing back to her initial inspiration two years ago. Josephine will work with ANYONE, from models to your mum and will do anything you wish, “My main aim is to make my clients happy. It is more about them than me and making the person feel good.”

PHOTOGRAPHER: JOE PRILESZKY
Joe Prileszky is an aspiring 19 year old student photographer, currently in his 1st year of
University studying photography, at degree entry level.
He says "Humans amaze me. I spend a lot of my time just observing people, wondering why they do the things they do. I'm curious, and I want to investigate this curiosity as much as I can. I want to learn more about the people I spend my time around, as they inspire me more than anyone in a gallery could. "
We find Joe's work very delicate, in terms of the direction of the models poses, image after image- the model connects with the viewer on a personal level. The lighting is usually always the opposite mood in his images as to how the model is posing, which is what we find very interesting, and inspiring about Joe's work.
Joe is certainly one to watch, and a naturally talented photographer.
